Please read through the terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") prior to using our website www.shoponthego.sg (the “Site”). Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our” refer to onthego (“OTG”), and “you”, “your” refer to you as the user of this Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.
OTG reserves the rights to amend the T&Cs at any time without incurring any liability on our part and without prior notice. Your continued usage of our Site or any of its services after any changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes. In the event of any dispute, OTG reserves the right of the final decision.
Products

We strive to provide to our best abilities, accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are fully accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Items with minor imperfections (loose thread, crease marks, slight dotted stains, etc) are not considered defective as this may be due to the nature of fabric which does not affect the overall appearance of the item/design.

Colors of the products in real life may appear different from screen due to lighting and variances in device’s screen calibration or resolutions.
Orders

We reserve the rights to accept or decline any orders received through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us. If we are unable to process your order, we will duly inform you of it. This might be due to unforeseen circumstances like, but not limited to, stock inventory issues, identification of an error in the pricing or description of the product.

You shall not cancel or amend your order after it has been placed. Kindly ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of placing your orders. Combination of orders are strictly not allowed as it might affect our packing efficiency, causing unnecessary delays. We appreciate your understanding on this.
Payment

All online payments are made through Stripe, a secure payment gateway linked to our shopping cart. By providing payment information, you thereby authorise us to charge you using the payment method and details inputted during the checkout.

Payments are not deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared.

All successfully placed orders cannot be reversed once confirmed. If a cancellation request is made on the customer's end, no cash refund is offered. For such order cancellations, we can only offer a refund in the form of store credits with a validity period of 3 months.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (“SGD”). All payments for international orders are in SGD and such payments may be automatically converted to the shipping country's currency and reflected accordingly in the customer's credit card statement.
Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all online orders within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation. Dispatch times of orders may vary according to availability of our logistics partners, shipping location and selected shipping method. Once the shipping confirmation has been emailed to you, your package will be under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. Any claims would have to be made with our third-party postal service providers.

For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

In cases where we receive any bounced/undelivered packages, we will reach out to you via email. An additional fee will be charged to have it redelivered to you, unless it is deemed as an oversight by OTG. Details regarding the re-delivery will be disseminated in the email sent to you. OTG reserves the right to deny any request to combine shipping of such bounced/undelivered parcels with newly placed orders. Any unclaimed bounced/undelivered parcels of 1 month will be deemed as OTG’s property and no refund/store credit will be offered.

We do not deliver to any Post Office (PO) boxes, army camps, hotels, and islands in Singapore.

We do not deliver to any Post Office (PO) boxes internationally.
Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept any returns and/or refund for our products due to hygiene purposes.

In the case of a defect or an incorrect item received, kindly drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your order. Do provide details of your name, order number and a clear photo of the defect(s) or incorrect item received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Do note that the item must be in its original conditions received - unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with its original packaging intact. We will facilitate an exchange - in the case where there is no available replacement item, store credits will be provided with a validity of 3 months. Cash refunds are strictly not allowed.
The following reasons are not considered defects:

General wear and tear

Variation in the product color due to lighting and variances in device’s screen calibration or resolutions

Quality not up to customer’s expectation or customer's subjective opinions and preference (inner lining, fabric, etc.)
Store Credits

All store credits issued are valid for 3 months only.

Store credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Store credits can be used to offset online purchases only.

Orders placed with store credits (partially or in full) are not eligible for further returns and exchanges.
Discount Codes

Discounts are only valid if the discount codes are entered before checkout. We will not be able to apply discount codes after the order is placed.

All discount codes which are used cannot be reinstated if orders are canceled.

Only one discount code can be utilised per online order.
Intellectual Property Rights

OTG is the owner/licensee of all intellectual property rights to the content and materials published on the Site. Any unauthorised usage including, but not limited to, copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, downloading or distributing of the content and/or materials without consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability

OTG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTG and its employees from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our Site or your breach of the T&Cs.

The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not affiliated with, owned, operated, or controlled by us, including third party logistic and payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that OTG is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third party websites or the companies that own them. By using the Site, you expressly relieve OTG from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third party website. We encourage you to perform due diligence on the T&Cs and privacy policies of any third party websites before usage and disclosing of personal data to them.
